A small restaurant building with a sign that reads 'Tebo's Restaurant' and a larger sign listing menu items outside, situated next to a few parked cars and surrounded by trees under a partly cloudy sky.

For centuries, offices, unions, and professional clubs brought workers together. But those spaces were always about more than the job: they hosted events, built communities, and created meaningful relationships. Workplaces built connections and today we’re seeking out connection more than ever.

Work has changed dramatically in recent years. Many of us no longer need to do our work in a specific place, or an “office” at all—that’s why a lot of us are here on the Cape. What hasn’t changed is that we still spend a large portion of our days working and we still want to connect with other people…but without the commute or the hard pants.

The Molt hosts events to build connections among our members and the greater Cape Cod community, and just to have fun. It could be a tasting, a talk, a board game night or a member-driven event. Maybe you’ll find a running buddy or join a beach cleanup.

The Molt is a place where you can work but we hope you do more than that. We want you to help build a community.

We have fiber internet, two call rooms, and cafe space with all day coffee.

A vibrant space to work and connect

Before its current incarnation, 981 Rt. 28 was a popular Chinese restaurant called the China Inn. Even earlier it was Gibson’s Restaurant.
